ND | What do you have for a PC?
If prebuilt, pull the side panel off and take pictures of the motherboard and power supply and supply the model number if you can find it.(for compatibility, mostly with the power supply and pcie lanes)
This is right up my alley, as software I don't know a whole lot about, but hardware is what I know.
Do you have anything against used and what would you be comfortable spending? I ask as right now the big two graphics card manufacturers are sold out, they both underestimated demand so much that they're saying q2 of 2021 will be when they might catch up.
Otherwise I will say go above their recommendations, dont get a 7700 or 650 as they are getting to the point of being collector's cards, something like a 980 or 980TI would work great and you can get them for around $100 used or new in box on ebay(they are an older card but for FS19 they work fine) the only concern would be what connectors your power supply has, you may need to get an adapter or worst case scenario a different one.
I hope my small ramble made sense
Edit: I should add that you can probably run it on what you have it may be a slideshow like experience or could be fine.
