swMN | I've been doing a blend of keto, no carb low carb, carnivore, for a couple years, never liked pasta, breakfast cereal, or rice so no big deal there, but a year ago cut out sugar in my coffee, most breads, doughnuts at the truck stop, no added sugar on anything, we've always eaten home grown garden stuff, meat, have several apple trees, but the biggest change was fasting and liquor, no eating after 8 PM till at least noon the next day, black coffee or water in the morning, over a couple years I lost 40-50 pounds, after fasting and ending a nightly night cap, dropped 15 pounds pretty fast. 6 foot tall and right at 190lbs. | |
