An interesting story of an Iron Man winner about his health problems and how he came about improving them through diet change. The first 6 or 8 minutes of this video. Fairly short then the video continues on with other testimonies from other people about their diet changes.

Edit: Really good satiety response study presentation by the third presenter starting about a third way through the video. I had watched this a year or so ago and just found and watched it again today.
