Central Montana | There is a version, Office 2019 which is stand alone. The only thing is it has a onetime cost of $439.99 although you maybe able to find it cheaper. In my mind it is a better deal than a monthly or annual subscription. It's just not cheap.
Here are some other substitutes (from Google). I just don't know how well they work with Office files.
