Go to each bedroom and think of how you would lay it out. Put a double gang receptacle a the head of everyplace you might put a bed. Install cable boxes every place you might want to install a tv. I have cable and electrical 1 foot off the ceiling in two corners of my master bedroom. Put plenty if receptacles in your kitchen. I placed them 4 to 6feet apart in ALL of my rooms. In one room I have 14. I decided I never wanted to need an extion cord. also look at your lights. When we first bought light bulbs we bought 120 and had to go back for more. So far we have never been in our shadow.
