Install receptacles with USB charging ports near countertops and at least one in every room. Use an occupancy sensor on your bathroom lights and fan to turn them on and off when in use. Install as big of a main panel (number of circuits) as possible. Install lots of outside lighting on a sensor so people arriving at night can get to the front door safety.
