SW Indiana | In the pizza thread down below I put my wife's pizza recipe, she just came up with some chips I thought I'd pass along.
Take the same mission low carb tortillas and she cuts them with scissors into triangle shaped 'chips'. Melts butter in the microwave and brushes both sides. Places them on a sheet of foil on a backing sheet and bakes them longer than she'll brown them for pizza crust. She sprinkles some salt on them as well (don't know if it's before or after baking).
I now have chips for a Mexican cheese dip she makes or salsa. I was really missing my cheese dip.
