I am not a recipe kind of cook except by assuming what will taste good together,freaks my wife out,she uses a kitchen scale to weigh recipes ingredients.Basically follow my run on sentences on original post.Spread the ground beef thin on astone,broil til nearing crisp,remove from oven spread egg and almond flour mix onto beef with rubber spatula(its flipping hot on that stone)spread your sauce mix,lay on your cheese,chuck some veg or more meat , season a bit to your desire,stick in back in the oven on bake at 550 plus or minus a tad,14 min ish till well melted and looking toasty(put some kale on top when thats basically crisp its done )removelet it set on stone to finish off.slice and fend off the others,heehe
