Subject: Tried the "Meat Crust" pizza

John ,my house did not catch fire and that was a great success.Perhaps the best pizza I have made with out conventional dough.A lb of beef rolled out on a pizza stone,broiled till almost dark,spread egg mixed with almond flour on hot beef it cooked as I spread it,then homemade sauce with feta and pesto added,then copious mozzarella,veggies,peperoni ,back in at 525f for 14/15 min.Thank your wife for the idea.I ate way too much.
