Mission low carb tortillas at walmart, 4 net carbs.
Baking sheet with foil on it, spray a little canola oil on the foil. Melt butter and some garlic powder in the microwave and brush the top side of the tortillas. Put them in the oven untill the start to brown (keeps them a little crispy and sauce won't soak through).
Top with your favorite stuff. I just use sauce, sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella. I always eat 2 of them, figure I'm around 12 or so carbs. There are great.
