My Gehl CTL 60 is considerably larger than 40 hp. So my comments may not be tailored to your exact situation.
I own and abuse a Rock skeleton bucket with grapple from Berlon Wisconsin. It is an amazing skid loader attachment and it is heavy. I priced a new one last week around $3750. Only because someone inquired about buying the one I have.
