Any recommendations for a skid steer grapple bucket for a 40 hp skid steer? My nephew bought the one in the picture for his tree service and the grapple is built waaaaay too light and flimsy. Within a hour of use the grapple is pretty much unusable because it has flexed and bent in about 10 places. I wish I would have with him to look at it. I would have told him to leave it there. He is having a local welder basically remake new grapple arms for this one to get some use out of it. He used it very lightly and didn't abuse it at all. He mostly trims trees and picked up a lot of branches from the recent ice storm.

Better find out what the price limit is. Some of these buckets guys are talking about are 5k. I originally wanted one like that but realized it was probably heavier than I needed. I ended up with a 84" Loflin Fabrication for 2800 bucks and it works just fine on a SVL95. It was priced right and heavy enough for what I plan to do with it.
