northeastern Ohio | Pretty simple. Just make sure that you have tissue in vial before releasing the animal. My college age son is in charge of pulling samples and the first batch had two empty vials when he sent it to the lab. He said the animal must have jerked and he didn't verify that he got the tissue. He was embarrassed and it never happened again.
