Subject: GSI grain leg. Powder coat vs galvanized

West Central Indiana
I got a quote from a millwright for a new grain leg and he quoted me a "powder coated" one. I honestly didn't know that was an option till I saw it in writing. I asked him about it and he said GSI claims the powder coat ones handle salt brine solution better. He said that a galvanized one will add $6000+ to the bid. Do any of you have a powder coated GSI leg? Do any of you think I should just fork over the extra $6000?

Thanks for any info.
