Looking at different sizes of Magnums and I see some came with a 23 speed. I prefer a 19 or 18, but just wondering about the 23 speeds. Do you have to shift from 1st all the way through or is there a skip shift feature? Looking at the pros and cons of these transmissions in the 260 through 310 models.
