If the driller went down 320 feet, shouldn’t he have charged you $12,800 (320 feet @$40)?

Are you dry? Wells seem to run slow here during dry times and run faster during wet times? But, I don’t know if that is a “here” thing and not apply to your acquifer type in your area.

Can you shock it somehow by dumping a ton of water down the casing before resuming your pumping?
