Eastern Iowa
Tedbear, you say that you have both the Trimble Autopilot and an EZ-Steer? Do you feel that your autopilot seems to get online faster than the EZ-Steer? Also, I would hope that your average offline error is less with the autopilot than with the EZ-Steer isn't it? What kind of average offline error are you experiencing? Agboy seemed to be experiencing 0-1" of ofline error. Does that seem to be what your seeing with your system as well? Selecting AB or A+ lines by field sounds wonderful. What kind of repeatability do you see with the Omnistar XP and or HP signal? We ran the XP with an EZ-steer this past spring. I couldn't tell you what kind of repeatability we experienced because our rows were not straight enough to ever try and come back on them again. Do you think that you could come back to within a couple inches of your original AB line a month later? two months later?
