A lot of fat on that deer. I guess field dressing a deer doesn't bother me anymore. As my best friend and hunting buddy says though, the dead deer death fart can sneak up on you and make you gag. I generally like venison when it's properly cared for and cooked. It can be ruined pretty quick, beef is much more forgiving.
