Lots of livestock, not just cattle and its not just Sioux Co either.    Sioux gets all the attention but the surrounding counties are pretty much more of the same.

Dairy, beef, hogs, layers, broilers, ethanol, etc         If it uses or eats corn you'll find it up here.


If your nose is sensitive to the smell of money you might want to put some air freshener inside a face diaper when you come up here.   People that aren't from around here tend to think it stinks.
