upstate ny | I kept our old Kuhn mixer going well past that stage with worn out plow shares. The edge was down to razor sharp and the whole flighting on the lower half was starting to fold downward. Got under it with a bottle jack and then took the shares and started at the bottom welding them at an angle all the way up the flighting. Wasn't pretty but mixed feed until the rest of the machine was worn out.
