Not everything meets or is worth registering.....so it is then sold as a "sale barn" calf. Some guys register EVERYTHING, including all bad traits, carriers and what not. They should be culled and NOT let produce and carry on the genetic defects.

If your buying a registered heifer then why are you paying for it with $1.10 calves? Isn't the idea to have bulls or other replacement heifers to sell out of her?
