Getting up and back down is the worst.
For easier getting up and down, get yourself a lift chair. Also if you put at least 4X4 blocks under the feet of your couch and bed, it will allow you to slide to your feet and stand easier without the "pull up" motion. So impressed with your recovery, God speed.
