| In theory, I'm sure there's a way to do it via network share (where you'd put the music in a folder on your computer, and set that folder to be shared over the network, and then access that folder from your phone and move/copy the files to your phone storage), but you'd probably have to set up some kind of app on your phone to access it. The easiest way would be to get a bluetooth transmitter for your desktop (They're about $10) and then connect your phone and computer via bluetooth and transfer the files over that.
And there's other applications for bluetooth on your desktop, I use a pair of bluetooth headphones when using my computer - really like them compared to wired options, especially as I can get up and walk to the other side of the room with them on.
