Frederick, Md | When I was a kid there were tons of them. I owned the set that had the gable barn and the machinery shed and had enough equipment for a modern day 20,000ac farm. It provided endless entertainment for me. Today my middle son asked for one for christmas. I went online and began looking and the pickings are pretty slim, and certainly not like they used to be. It seems like they kits have less pieces, less buildings and less fences/cattle. I see that some places have NOS sets but the prices are insane.
Anyone here find a different brand, or better retailer? Or am I stuck with what I can find on the internet? TIA | |
