No, the flywheel on a 3150 in a MF1500 uses 8 bolts to attach to the crankshaft. The flywheel listed for a 3208 in a MF1505 uses 10 bolts. This is according to Agco Partsbook listings.

Edit, Further online checking seems to indicate some 3208's may have used the 8 bolt flywheel as well, even though this did not show up in Agco Parts.

Yes these tractors are gear shift. However, the clutch is not attached to the flywheel. It is in the input section of the transmission. Driveshaft between engine and transmission is live, as it belt drives the hydraulic pumps.
