The Jersey Lily has to be the most cowboy bar in the U.S. completely off grid. Beans and bacon. I’m afraid I heard they are planning to shut down at the end of this year. Ingomar, MT
Pretty sure it already is.
Last weekend in July brings/brought a lot of people into town for the ranch rodeo, quite the party with a street dance right out front. Sheepherder hors d'oeuvres were a must when eating there, same with the beans.
I've shut down the bar in Melstone a few times as well, but doesn't have as much character as the Jersey Lily. |
