Depends on nutrient analysis. Probably cost $40-50/acre in custom application with manure value of $80-125/acre on NPK plus whatever micros there are. Not saying you should be paying $125-175/acre but $90-100/acre total is not out of line.

Does neighbor need to get rid of it or can he use it? Just asking since you said "might sell to me".
