Another doctor that does not think the PUFA's (vegetable oil) are as bad as they are made out to be. He does not claim they are good, but he says do not blame them for what sugar is doing.

Personally I do not know but as a diabetic that is already compromised in some ways I simply avoid both.

I hope he is right. I try to keep an open mind.
