Fontanelle, IA | John McCain was a war hero. I have listened to enough keynote speakers at meetings that were in the POW camp with McCain to know that John earned their respect for the torture he took.
That said, I have big issues with McCain as a senator. He would be the equivalent of Colin Peterson on the other side of the aisle. The fact that John loved to send this country’s men and women into every hell-hole skirmish with no regards to mission success and loads of rules of engagement baggage really angers me.....
