SW Iowa | Are you wanting a bag that offers a high level of protection to the laptop, or a bag that is well-constructed and won't fall apart?
I have a Swiss Gear laptop backpack that has held up well.... durable fabric, beefy zippers, etc. It is a decent sized backpack though not huge, so not sure if you would consider it bulky or not.
Case Logic may also be worth a look. I don't have any personal experience with their backpacks, but in the past they generally made decent stuff in the device protection market.
Another alternative option might be to get a zippered sleeve to fit your laptop (either neoprene or some sort of hard shell), and then put that in any plain backpack you can find that you like. | |
