Subject: RE: sold calves

Beresford, SD
A mild winter during calving, Good spring rains and green grass, followed by a hardening off of the western grass (where they wean off monsters....belly deep green grass don’t happen) around the 4th of July will wean off monster calves! (Bigger calves than all the corn silage and creep could do in the corn belt!). The west is a special place for cow/calf.

Genetics......the boys with out planters make autosteer expense look like a joke. Raising cattle is their gig......not a sideline or a hobby! Genetics out of the west are second to NONE!
