We put a pipe down a tile main in the middle of a field. Used a small 12v water fountain pump dropped into the tile with a switch on the float. Deep cycle battery with solar panel. Set an insulated waterer over the top, worked well, just like an automatic waterer only 12 v pump instead of water pressure.
Anyone ever use tile line to fill water tank on stalks?
