Subject: Anyone ever use tile line to fill water tank on stalks?

Northeast Nebraska
We have some cornstalks we’re going to run cows on that has a tile line with running water. It comes out Of the ditch about 5 feet lower than the field. Could you connect a pipe to the end that goes up to a tank? Would there be enough gravity to push the water up? Would it cause any problems if the water backed up in the line? Just trying to think of a way not to haul water. Thanks.
