West Central Illinois | The 2 I use for freezer beefs are booked out to October 2021 and January 2022 respectively. From what they told me though more capacity *could* open up should some of these hog appt.'s not come to fruitition. Both were skeptical of some of their big hog sellers whether they could push that many halves. But bad thing is that won't find out they're cancelled til late. | |
