NC Indiana | My 2022 calves were scheduled back beginning of October. Sold the few 2020 fats we had left to cash market, and another local locker called the next week looking for beef to process. Dad took that call, so not sure what was up with that. Was told the one empty one here is being looked at hard to purchase and re open. Kill floor space, cooler space, and help are what's limiting my regular locker plant.
