Le Sueur VIA St.Thomas | I use OneDrive myself and like it- It only syncs my modified files- It only uses a lot of bandwidth when I add lots of large files to a synced folder. Maybe your setup is different? If you just started OneDrive it still may be catching up- You could check to see whats on there by checking your onedrive.live.com account.
More importantly, you may want to do an internet speed test and compare it to what your paying for. I like to use https://www.speedtest.net/ to check. Compare your results to what your paying for.
