And it’s corn for the yearlings.
Moved the yearlings into the corn grazing. For the crap summer we had it actually turned out decent. Way better cob development than we’ve had for a while.
They were coming off a nice alfalfa/ meadow brome pasture and in great shape but seem to be enjoying the change in dinner plans. Been baiting them with a little rolled barley the past few days and they follow like little puppy dogs. Myself and the boss man moved them in a half hour.
The boss man seems to think they’re doing good too.
