Subject: RENOVATING A GRAIN BIN

oregon

We have small grain bin that we put up in July of 1973. Used it twice and then it has set all these years. It is appx 16' in diameter and 10' tall to the eave. No rust and in really good shape. It's a Sioux. I'd like to make it into an insulated storage building. It has is a tin floor over pea gravel. I'm thinking of finding a guy to spray foam insulation on the inside and doing something to the floor. Any ideas if the roof/ceiling will support the weight of foam insulation? How about the floor, any ideas on what to do there? Oh and most importantly, how to I make the access door bigger and easier to access? I appreciate any help. Thanks
