No offense, it's because I live in America and the common knowledge says if a little is good, more is better and too much is just enough.
Maybe your comment will hit somebody and curtail their excessive intake. I felt it's reasonable to make readers aware to too much of a good thing is to much.
I'm certain everybody here is intelligent and reasonable so I probably just wasted site space.
Chris, you are overthinking this, nobody in their right mind will poison themselves with those high levels.
