I'd try to reconnect the 5" with a tee in the middle connecting it to the 4". That should allow the 5" to flush and also allow any extra pressure to divert to the 4". Depending upon how long the 5" has been allowed to go, it may or may not clean itself out. But I've seen water do some crazy things if you have grade and the tile are full.
