NE ND | I would guess a person would loose weight on a diet of LIMITED carbs. I think the weight problems occur because people eat in one meal what you were eating all day plus surgery foods AND fatty meat.
I get so hungry do soon eating carbs or sugar. I am satisfied most of the day if I have 3 eggs and 2 or 3 pieces of sausage or bacon at 6 in the morning. My dad on the other hand is skinny as a rail. He eats cookies and candy like they are going out of style. To each their own. | |
