Florida | I don't know if this is the place to share. A couple year's ago I was put on a diet. It wasn't to lose weight it was to value life. It wasn't done by my parents. The diet lasted 3 months. At 9 am it was a bowl souo of elbow pasta in four tortillas at 1 pm it was a soup bowl of rice in beans in four tortillas at 5 it was a bowl of elbow pasta in four tortillas. Nothing else . Sunday was the only day I ate meat and one bottle of soda. No this wasn't prison it was an AA
I don't need sympathy of the food. I'm not sure how much weight I lost . What do you think of that diet. | |
