| it should not be a bang,,,stay away from that one ,,,,,,,the weak spot on those machines are the reaction arm bearings take out the plug on each side and check the magnet on the plug it should have no metal filings and the oil should be clear and if that passes inspection look with a light to see if they are leaking,,, there should be no leak. the oil in those should be changed at every engine oil change the other weak spot is the electronic controllers on the scvs make sure they are all working other wise excellent tractor the C15 engine is a real puller and has an excellent reputation cab is a bit noisy which can be fixed by putting more sound proofing under the floor mat and not running the engine at 2100 1800 or 1900 is more than enough those machines are a real PULLER !! and 865 with a C18 would be even more impressive | |
