What exactly do you want to know?
Reverse is fully hydrostatic, but unless you are doing heavy work in reverse, that has never been an issue.
Other than that, sounds like you pretty much have the control of the planetary to vary the speeds understood.
As far as all the wires and controls, anything newer than a 3545 will have wiring and controls that will be a lot more of a pain to keep running. The newer stuff, is way easier to keep running, and should be for a few years yet. Reason being, we started with that electronic "architecture" in 2003 with the RT/DTA series tractors....the people that grew up or cut their teeth working on those tractors are young, those of us that know anything about the older ones are getting older. Since we have stuck with the same basic wiring designs for so long, a lot of parts interchange or the newer parts will swap backwards.
6616 is one of my favorite tractors we didn't sell enough of. The engine is awesome, and the tractors handle like a dream, but they are usually expensive for most people, so we just didn't sell many.
