Sorry to be blunt, but this is a meaningless, and potentially misleading post. As several others have pointed out, most every lab is going to have a different recommendation even if the soil test values are identical. That's on you to understand the philosophy and data behind their recommendations (e.g. build and maintain vs. sufficiency approaches).
How different were the actual lab test values? As others have pointed out, if not properly mixed you will see differences. Also need to pay attention to methods being used, for example, on phosphorus, were they both using Mehlich 3, or Bray 1, or as an example here in the western U.S. we also commonly see the Olsen/BiCarb test. Make sure you're comparing apples to apples.
Even though lab procedures are standardized there are likely subtle nuances on how they are implemented. Pick a lab and stick with it.
