IIRC, 23-0-0 (which is half water, half urea by weight) has a fairly high salt out temp and must be melted with hot water. 16-0-0, (roughly 1/3 urea, 2/3 water) is stable in the summer, may not melt up north with cool/cold well water. Whatever you do check the ph of the solution, may need some acid to get lowered a bit.
