Northern Illinois | I don't know what it indicates. In the US if we were at record high levels (actually way before record high levels) there would be multiple stories of SA corn being imported into the US. Not just south east US but there would be stories of loaded barges coming up the Mississippi.
I don't pretend to know if a person should be selling here or not. What was your marketing guy saying a month or two or three months ago? If China is a record high corn prices I doubt there importing will all of a sudden stop. It may taper off but flat out stop I doubt it. | |
