In the last five years, the nearby corn price has rallied above 4.10 five times, so for now we could call that the potential high.

Also in the last five years, the price has been above 3.40 about 90% of the time, so for now we could call that the potential low.

Using these numbers, you are correct, the downside (50 cents) is bigger than the upside (20 cents) assuming that the price stays in the five year range.
