I had one that was getting excessive vibrations from the mounting location. Moved it to the rubber mat on the floor and it was much better. I used some sheet metal screws just into the rubber so it would not slide around. For some reason, I think they run better with connectors pointing forward or back....not to the side, but that's just my preference. Min motor output is usually 18-20 range.
