Subject: I felt it

Frytown, Iowa
Drove past a field and seen some freaking awesome equipment and thought “isn’t that so and sos” and how the heck can they justify that... next thought was “I bet it’s just those gov payments they can’t be that successful it’s just given to them”

A rotten attitude but I bet that’s going to be the fruits of this gov money. Nobody’s going to be happy for their neighbors “success” and will drive worse margins than before especially if inflation comes with a lower dollar and higher prices in grain. Corn doesn’t have to get back to $8 for there to be $20-25,000 ground selling in the I states. All it takes is the bet on higher yields, a false belief that land doesn’t go lower, and the false feeling of a safety bailout next time...

A return to today’s land prices would then bring plenty operations down. Are you ready for $20,000 land in the Midwest?

And even more. Are you ready for the 2025 depression?
